We serve all of Switzerland, with a focus on Zurich, Zug, Lucerne, and airport transfers to Zurich Airport (ZRH), Basel, Bern, and Geneva. Cross-border trips to neighbouring countries (Germany, Austria, France, Italy) are available on request.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for guaranteed availability, especially for airport transfers. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible — contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp.

We offer fixed prices for common routes (airport transfers, hourly bookings) and distance-based pricing otherwise. You will see an estimated price before confirming. The final price is what's shown — no hidden fees for standard trips.

We accept cash (CHF, EUR), bank transfer, and Twint. Invoices are available on request for business clients. Online card payment is not currently offered.

Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your pickup time via the cancellation link in your confirmation email. For later cancellations or changes, please contact us directly — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Mercedes-Benz E-Class (up to 3 passengers + 3 bags), V-Class (up to 7 passengers + luggage), and on request S-Class for premium transfers. All vehicles are non-smoking and cleaned after every trip.

Yes, on request. Please mention any child-seat requirements in the booking notes so we can prepare the appropriate seat (infant, toddler, or booster).

We monitor arrival times for airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup may be subject to a small additional fee — we'll confirm with you directly.
