Lucerne's old town is partially pedestrianised. Your driver knows the access points for hotels along the lake and in the old quarter. If you are heading to the KKL or the Lucerne Festival, mention the venue when booking.

How long does the drive from Zurich to Lucerne take?
About 50 minutes via the A4 motorway under normal conditions. On busy Friday evenings the journey can extend to about 65 to 70 minutes.
Can my driver drop me directly at the lake shore or the ferry terminal?
Yes. We drop off at any address in Lucerne including the main ferry quay, the central station area, and lakefront hotels. Your driver knows the one-way system in the old town.
