We have driven enough of them to know what matters: arriving early, looking appropriate, and being calm when the couple or the organiser is not. For weddings and multi-stop events, please contact us directly rather than using the standard booking form. We need to understand the day: pickup times, addresses, number of stops, and any decoration or protocol requirements.

How early should I book a wedding chauffeur?
For weddings we recommend booking as soon as you have confirmed the date and venue — ideally several weeks in advance. Popular dates in June and September fill quickly. Contact us early and we will hold the date for you.
Can I request ribbon or flower decoration on the car?
Yes. We can arrange simple decoration — a white ribbon on the bonnet is a classic choice. For more elaborate decoration, we ask that you or your florist provide the materials and we will affix them carefully on the day.
How many people can travel together?
The S Class comfortably seats three passengers in the rear. The V Class seats up to seven. For larger wedding parties we can coordinate multiple vehicles so everyone travels together.
Do you do trade fair shuttles during Zurich exhibitions?
Yes. During major trade fairs such as Baselworld or Zurich events, we provide shuttle and VIP transfer services. These are best arranged in advance as demand rises significantly on show days.
What if the wedding runs longer than planned?
Weddings almost always run over. We plan for this — your driver will wait. Additional time beyond the agreed window is discussed and added to the invoice transparently. There are no surprise charges at the end of the evening.
